沃尔玛作为一家庞大的零售业跨国公司，其对员工的待遇不好一直受到外界的诟病。最近沃尔玛提出在未来的几年内送数万名员工上大学，这引起了人们的热议。有人提到沃尔玛这样做只不过是为了让员工为公司创造更多的价值。这个项目也是比较鸡贼的，从补助的发放方式到目标院校的确定都是精打细算的，也是借鉴了其他公司的各种经验，保证不让公司利益受到损害。而且还有人提出沃尔玛之所以会这么做只不过是为了洗白自己，让外界对自己的评价好一点而已。作者在最后一句提出了自己的观点。
