剑桥大学的学者说她将不再在其中一所学院任教，因为她说，那里的porter (门卫)歧视了她。普里亚姆瓦达·戈帕尔博士说，国王学院的门卫因为她的种族而对她区别对待，少数族裔学生也受到了类似的歧视。
